O'Hare charter bus pickup: terminal guide
Party bus by the hour, or a bus with a driver for a local trip, an airport run or an event, in ten US metros.
Price shown before you commit, confirmed before you pay.
Non-scheduled charter buses at O’Hare pick up in the lower-level commercial lanes at Terminals 1, 2, and 3. At Terminal 5, they use the outer commercial lane at Door 5D. O’Hare says charter buses cannot use the Multi-Modal Facility. Keep the group together after baggage claim and have one coordinator call only when everyone and all luggage are ready.
| Terminal | Official starting instruction | Coordinator action |
|---|---|---|
| 1, 2, or 3 | Lower-level commercial lane | Confirm the exact lane with the driver. |
| 5 | Outer commercial lane at Door 5D | Assemble the full group at the door. |
| Multi-Modal Facility | Charter buses not permitted | Do not send the group or bus there. |

Do not set pickup time equal to landing time. Taxiing, deplaning, baggage, and group movement add time. Airport rules can change, so recheck the official page before travel.
