How our pricing works

Party bus by the hour, or a bus with a driver for a local trip, an airport run or an event, in ten US metros.

Price shown before you commit, confirmed before you pay.

Trip type

Estimate. We confirm the vehicle, the operator’s minimum hours and the exact price with you before you pay.

One number for the whole trip: vehicle class, every hour the vehicle and driver are committed, tolls, parking and airport fees, and driver gratuity where the operator requires it. You see it before you commit. We confirm it with an operator before you pay. After that, the number changes only if you agree to a change of itinerary.

What "confirmed before you pay" means

  1. You describe the trip and see a price: a priced request.
  2. We arrange a local partner for your date. If none can take it, nothing is charged.
  3. We confirm the price, the class, and the meeting points with you. Then you pay.
  4. If the day runs long because the group changes the plan, the extra time is agreed with you and shown as its own line; the driver does not invoice you at the curb.

What is never added later

No fuel surcharge, no booking fee, no "gratuity envelope" on the day, no parking line that appears afterwards. If it is not on the confirmed price, it does not exist. Where a fee cannot be known in advance (a venue lot that charges on entry), the confirmed price says so and caps it.

Deposits and operator terms

Operators take deposits and set their own cancellation windows; those shape ours. The cancellation page states the window that applies once an operator has confirmed your trip.

What we do not publish

A rate card or an average. We have no completed trips yet; the cost page shows published platform and operator figures, with dates, so you can judge our number.

Payments are not enabled yet. The checkout is a labeled preview; nothing is charged, and no preview request is a booking.
