How many people fit on a charter bus?

The number depends on the class of vehicle, since "charter bus" is used loosely to mean anything from a sprinter van to a full motorcoach:

Minibus: 15 to 35 passengers

Because we do not hold our own fleet, a person must find an available operator and confirm the exact class before any written quote.

Why does class matter more than exact seat count?

Two vehicles in the same class can have slightly different seat counts depending on configuration (some seating arrangements trade a row of seats for extra luggage space, for example). Class, not seats, is what we confirm and price against, so a request for "a minibus for 25 people" is a complete, priceable request even before an exact vehicle is assigned.

How luggage and accessibility change the class
