This offer moves one fan group to a game and back on the same day. GoBussin arranges one standard bus or minibus with one driver. It is a one-time charter for spectators. It is not a season contract, a team transport contract, or a multi-vehicle fleet.

Start with the stadium arrival time

Choose the time that the group must arrive at the venue. Do not use the event start time as the arrival time. The group needs time to unload and walk from the bus area. Give us these details:

  • One first pickup address and pickup time.
  • The venue name and exact address.
  • The required venue arrival time.
  • Any planned pre-game stop and its duration.
  • The expected event end time.
  • The post-game meeting point, if known.
  • The final return address.

The local partner confirms the legal loading and parking plan for the specific trip. If the bus waits, include that time. If the bus leaves and returns, the full operating plan still affects the price.

Count the largest load

Use the largest passenger count for any leg. List coolers, signs, folding equipment, mobility devices, and other large items. A vehicle with enough seats can still lack enough storage. Do not assume that an item can use a passenger seat.

One bus can serve one group on one itinerary. If separate pickup groups need buses at the same time, the request needs a fleet and is outside launch scope. A game in another state or a route outside the local region is also outside this offer.

What changes the price

Vehicle class, operating hours, distance, waiting time, and the route are the main inputs. Tolls, parking, venue fees, and required driver gratuity can also affect the total. A long gap between drop-off and pickup still affects the operating plan. Heavy equipment or accessibility needs can change the vehicle class.

The booking flow uses the pickup, venue, date, start time, return time, and passenger count. It then collects stops, waiting, equipment, and accessibility needs. The price is shown before contact details for supported inputs. The local partner, exact vehicle, itinerary, fees, and booking are confirmed before payment.

Charter bus or party bus?

Choose a standard charter bus when the main job is to get the fan group to the venue, carry its equipment, and return after the game. The charter flow prices a defined same-day itinerary.

Choose a party bus when the onboard celebration is part of the event and every passenger is 21 or older. A party bus uses an hourly block and separate vehicle supply. It also needs written operator rules for age, alcohol, deposits, cleaning, damage, and cancellation. GoBussin does not make a blanket BYOB promise.

For a one-time fan group that wants direct transport, use the charter flow on this page. Do not select the party-bus flow only because the trip is social.

Make the return plan easy to use

Choose one coordinator for the driver contact. Before the trip, give the group one meeting point and one target meeting time. Use a location that the operator confirms. Add a backup phone number. If the event runs late, the coordinator must request a change. A later return is not automatically included.
