Wedding Shuttle: One Bus, One Loop, One Price

You need to move wedding guests between a hotel block, the ceremony, and the reception without asking anyone to drive or coordinate rideshares. This page explains how a wedding shuttle works with us: one vehicle running one itinerary for the day, priced as a whole.

How does a wedding shuttle work?

We book one bus or minibus and one driver for the full loop: hotel to ceremony, ceremony to reception, and a return run at the end of the night if you need one. It is a single itinerary with built-in waiting time at each stop, not separate one-way trips booked apart. Tell us your stops in order, the time you need the vehicle at each one, and how long the vehicle should wait between runs.

What do I need to tell you to get a price?

Pickup location (hotel or staging point) and every stop in order, with addresses
Date and the time you need the vehicle to arrive at the first stop
How many runs you need (for example, one shuttle run before the ceremony and one return run at the end of the night)
Expected guest count per run, and total passengers across the day
How long the vehicle should wait at the ceremony or reception between runs
Organizer contact and a day-of contact if different

What size vehicle do I need?

That depends on how many guests ride at once, not your total guest count. If your ceremony has 80 guests but they arrive in three waves of about 30, you likely need a vehicle sized for 30 riders, run three times, rather than one vehicle sized for 80. Use the bus size tool with your largest single-wave headcount.

What we do not do

We book one vehicle for the wedding shuttle. We do not arrange a fleet of vehicles running simultaneously; if your guest list needs more than one vehicle running at the same time, tell us and we will say honestly whether we can help. We are not a party bus and do not offer that as a separate product. We do not guarantee a specific vehicle interior beyond the class we confirm.

Questions people ask about wedding shuttles

Can the same vehicle do the pickup run and the late-night return? Yes, if the driver's total hours for the day allow it; tell us both runs when you request so we can plan the schedule and price the full day.
What if the reception runs long? Waiting time is part of your itinerary's priced hours. If the day runs longer than planned, contact us as soon as you know so we can confirm whether the change is possible and adjust the price before anything is finalized.
Do you decorate the vehicle? No. We do not offer decoration, and any vehicle photos on this site are illustrative examples of a class, not the specific vehicle assigned to your trip.
