Step one
Describe the trip
City, date, start time, hours and how many people. That is the whole first screen.
Your price online in minutes. No callback, no estimate visit.
Party bus by the hour, or a bus with a driver for a local trip, an airport run or an event. Tell us the date, the hours and the headcount, and see your estimate before you give us a phone number.
Group transport is normally a morning of phone calls, and every operator asks the same seven questions before anyone mentions money. We ask them once.
Step one
City, date, start time, hours and how many people. That is the whole first screen.
Step two
Sizes that fit your group, each with an estimated range, what it includes, and what is still to be confirmed.
Step three
We work with a local partner, confirm the vehicle and the exact price with you in writing, and only then is anything owed.
An estimate is not a quote and we do not pretend otherwise. Here is the line between the two.
Built from the hours you asked for and the size of vehicle your group needs.
These are real charges. We list them by name rather than printing them as zero.
A refundable deposit is not part of the price, and we never mark up a tax or a deposit.
Party bus city guides carry the local prices people publish and the alcohol rule that applies in that state.
In Pittsburgh, Chattanooga and Savannah a party bus is by request: we have not confirmed party bus supply there, so you get a person and a written price rather than a number on screen. Charters and transfers work normally in all ten.
No silent week between a form and a phone call.
The moment you send it
You see a request number and a written copy of the itinerary you confirmed. Nothing is charged.
While we arrange it
We take your itinerary to a local partner and come back with the vehicle, the minimum hours and the exact price.
Before you accept
You get the operator’s alcohol policy, the cancellation terms and any deposit in writing, first.
If anything changes
A changed date, headcount or itinerary means a new price, and we say so instead of quietly re-quoting.
Every passenger on a party bus must be 21 or older, and we do not arrange party buses for proms or school events. This is our own launch rule, not a claim about any state law. A minibus or coach with a driver carries any age.
Whether you can drink on board is the operator’s policy within state and city law. You get that policy in writing before you accept anything. We make no promise that you can bring your own.
Everything here is a request until a person confirms the vehicle and the price with you. No payments are taken on this site yet, and we never say a bus is held when it is not.
Not yet. This is a preview: you send a request, we confirm the vehicle, the operator’s minimum hours and the exact price with you, and payment is arranged separately once you say yes.
The hourly rate for a party bus or a coach sits in a range in the cities we cover, and some charges (gratuity, taxes, fuel or admin fees) are set by the operator. We show the range we can defend and name every item that is still open, instead of printing a number we would have to take back.
Adults only. Every passenger on a party bus must be 21 or older at launch, and we do not arrange party buses for proms or school events. That is our own rule, not a claim about any state law. A minibus or coach with a driver has no such rule.
The operator’s policy applies, within state and city law. We pass you that policy in writing before you accept anything. We make no promise that you can bring your own.
Weekend evenings, graduation and wedding season book out first, and operators often set a minimum number of hours on those nights. Earlier is better, and a request is never a reservation until a person confirms it.
Multi-day trips, more than one vehicle, trips that cross a state line or leave the region, school and field-trip contracts, recurring shuttles, and hourly-only standard charters. Send the request anyway: a person answers with a plan or a straight no.
You are moving a group: to the airport, between a hotel and a venue, to a game, or out and back in a day. We arrange one vehicle with a professional driver from a local partner, build the itinerary with you, and show the whole price online in minutes, before you commit. No callback, no quote form to wait on. In ten US metros. You deal with one contact from the first request to the last drop-off.
We also arrange party buses: a local partner's party bus for a block of hours, usually with a minimum the operator sets, at one price shown first. The operator sets the alcohol and age rules within state and city law, and we give them to you in writing before you confirm. Our city party bus guides list local public prices and the rules that apply.
We price the itinerary, not just the miles you ride. A 20-mile stop with three hours of waiting and a return is a six-hour job for the vehicle and driver, and the price says so. We show the number before you commit and confirm it before you pay; until an operator has accepted your date, it is a priced request. We publish no "average" because we have no completed trips yet; the cost page explains the mechanics and cites published platform ranges with dates.
We do not sell multi-day or overnight trips, multiple vehicles, interstate or unusually complex routes, school or field-trip contracts, recurring employee shuttles, or hourly-only charter buses. If your trip is one of those, a person answers with a plan or points you to a platform built for it. We do not own vehicles, we do not employ drivers, and any vehicle picture on this site is illustrative unless the caption says otherwise.
Most trips are booked days or weeks ahead; weekends, weddings, and convention dates fill early. An urgent request for today or tomorrow is possible when an operator has a vehicle and legal driver hours; we check, then confirm the window and the price before any payment.
Ten metros. Each metro page shows what we found locally: how many operators with their own vehicles and confirmed capacity, the primary airport, seasonal peaks, venue and airport constraints, dated price observations, and which national platforms also cover the area. Metros without a page are listed as request-only.
Before we route a trip to an operator we apply one standard: their own fleet page or DOT number, capacity that fits your group, and the itinerary shape you need, confirmed in conversation; brokers and lead networks excluded. That is what "vetted" means on this site. We are a new company with no reviews to show; we show the process, the price, and the terms.
Start a priced request: Price confirmed before payment; checkout is a labeled preview until payments are enabled.
It takes about a minute, and you see the estimate before you give us a phone number.
