Every passenger on a party bus must be 21 or older, and we do not arrange party buses for proms or school events. This is our own launch rule, not a claim about any state law. A minibus or coach with a driver carries any age.

Alcohol follows the operator

Whether you can drink on board is the operator’s policy within state and city law. You get that policy in writing before you accept anything. We make no promise that you can bring your own.

Do I pay on this site?

Send a request first. No provider or vehicle is assigned at the estimate stage. A person checks availability and sends a written quote if the trip can be arranged.

Why is the price a range?

The hourly rate for a party bus or a coach sits in a range in the cities we cover, and some charges (gratuity, taxes, fuel or admin fees) are set by the operator. We show the range we can defend and name every item that is still open, instead of printing a number we would have to take back.

Who is on the bus for a party bus rental?

Adults only. Every passenger on a party bus must be 21 or older at launch, and we do not arrange party buses for proms or school events. That is our own rule, not a claim about any state law. A minibus or coach with a driver has no such rule.

Can we bring alcohol?

The operator’s policy applies, within state and city law. We pass you that policy in writing before you accept anything. We make no promise that you can bring your own.

How far ahead should I book?

Weekend evenings, graduation and wedding season book out first, and operators often set a minimum number of hours on those nights. Earlier is better, and a request is never a reservation until a person confirms it.

What do you not arrange?

Multi-day trips, more than one vehicle, trips that cross a state line or leave the region, school and field-trip contracts, recurring shuttles, and hourly-only standard charters. Send the request anyway: a person answers with a plan or a straight no.

An estimate for one bus and driver

You are moving a group: to the airport, between a hotel and a venue, to a game, or out and back in a day. Describe the itinerary and see an estimate range online before you send contact details. The estimate is not a quote or reservation. No provider or vehicle is assigned until a person checks availability after you send a request.

What a confirmed quote can include

One vehicle sized to your passengers and luggage: a sprinter-class van (roughly 8-14), a minibus (roughly 15-35), or a motorcoach (roughly 45-56), using the class ranges published by national platforms (BusBank, read 2026-09-16). The class, not the seat count, sets the price.
A professional driver for the agreed itinerary: pickup, stops, waiting time, and return if it is a round trip.
A written total that names the vehicle class, total operating hours including empty legs, route distance, tolls, parking and airport fees, driver charges, gratuity where it applies, and any item that is still open.
A confirmation only after provider availability, the vehicle class and the meeting points have been checked.

Party bus rentals

You can also request a party bus for a block of hours, usually with a minimum the operator sets, with an estimate range shown first where the form supports it. A person must still find an available provider. The confirmed provider sets the alcohol policy within state and city law, and you receive that policy before you accept a quote. How the price works

The estimate models the itinerary, not only the miles you ride. A 20-mile stop with three hours of waiting and a return can be a six-hour job for the vehicle and driver. The online result is a range based on the details you enter. A person then checks provider availability, minimum hours, fees and the vehicle. If the trip can be arranged, you receive a written quote before payment. We publish no "average" because we have no completed trips yet; the cost page explains the mechanics and cites published platform ranges with dates.

What we ask before quoting

Pickup and drop-off addresses, the date, local times, and the latest acceptable arrival.
Passenger count and luggage; any accessibility or boarding needs, which we plan for rather than decline.
Additional stops with timing; return time and destination for a round trip.
Flight numbers for airport pickups, so the driver can track the arrival.
The organizer's contact and how flexible the times are.

What we do not do

We do not sell multi-day or overnight trips, multiple vehicles, interstate or unusually complex routes, school or field-trip contracts, recurring employee shuttles, or hourly-only charter buses. If your trip is one of those, a person answers with a plan or points you to a platform built for it. We do not own vehicles, we do not employ drivers, and any vehicle picture on this site is illustrative unless the caption says otherwise.

Scheduled or urgent

Operators can fill dates weeks ahead, especially on weekends and during wedding or convention dates. You can send an urgent request for today or tomorrow, but the request does not confirm supply. A person must find an available vehicle and legal driver hours before sending a written quote.

Each metro page gives the airport's rule for a charter bus pickup and the state authority an operator needs. Each party bus guide gives public prices and the state's alcohol rule, with dates. You can request another city, and a person will say whether the trip can be arranged.

How we choose who drives

No provider is preassigned to a city or request. Before a trip can be confirmed, a person must identify an available operator and check its authority, insurance, own-vehicle evidence, capacity and fit for the itinerary. The provider research behind the city pages is not a standing partner list.

Questions

Can I get a specific bus model? No. We confirm the class and amenities you need; the operator assigns the vehicle.
Is gratuity included? The estimate names gratuity as open when it is not known. A written quote must state whether the provider requires it.
What if my flight is late? We ask for the flight number. A written quote must state how waiting time is handled.
Do you offer hourly rentals? For party buses, yes: they are booked by the hour, usually with a minimum block the operator sets. A standard bus or minibus is not rented by the hour on its own; a day trip is priced as an itinerary with stops and waiting.
When do I pay? Only after provider availability, the vehicle, itinerary and written quote are confirmed. Submitting a request does not charge your card or reserve a bus.
