What is included and the minimum hours

Dallas Party Ride's own page (2026-09-17) does not publish a rate, but it does spell out minimums that match the pattern across the two priced operators above: "Weekdays (Monday-Thursday): 3- to 4-hour minimum. Fridays and Sundays: 4- to 5-hour minimum. Saturdays: 4- to 6-hour minimum. Peak dates (NYE, prom weekends, St. Patrick's Day): 5- to 8-hour minimum." That same page lists inclusions common to the market: "the vehicle, the professional chauffeur, fuel within the DFW metro area, standard insurance, ice, coolers, cups, and napkins," with vehicle options spanning "8-56 passengers." Ask any operator to confirm, in writing, what is bundled into the hourly number and what (gratuity, fuel beyond the metro, cleaning) is billed on top.

Alcohol and age rules in Texas

Texas Penal Code Section 49.031 (read 2026-09-17) makes it an offense to possess an open alcoholic-beverage container in a vehicle's passenger area on a public highway, but carries an exception: "It is an exception to the statute if the defendant was a passenger in a motor vehicle designed, maintained, or used primarily for the transportation of persons for compensation, including a bus, taxicab, or limousine." In plain terms: passengers in a properly operated for-hire bus are exempt. The exception does not cover the driver, and it does not cancel DWI, public-intoxication, underage-drinking, or venue rules. Confirm with the operator that the vehicle is actually operating as a for-hire passenger carrier.

What to ask an operator

In Texas the check depends on the bus: a vehicle designed for more than 15 passengers, including the driver, needs a TxDMV certificate, which you can look up on TxDMV's Texas Truck Stop.
