Booking with us follows four steps: request, price, confirm, trip. Here is what happens at each one, and how we check the operator who actually runs your trip.
Request
Tell us your pickup, destination, date, times, passengers, and any stops or waiting time. This can be a firm plan or a best estimate; you can refine it before anything is finalized.
Price
We build one confirmed price from your itinerary: vehicle class, total operating hours, distance, tolls and parking, and driver charges. You see this price before any payment; once an operator is confirmed for your date you pay, and then the trip is scheduled: price shown, operator confirmed, then payment.
Confirm
Once you accept the price, we arrange your trip with a local partner suited to your capacity, route, and date. We remain your single contact throughout; you are not handed off to a different company to finalize details.
Trip
Your trip runs as planned, with us as the accountable party for the arrangement, even though a separate local operator performs the physical trip.
How we vet an operator before your date
Before we confirm an operator for your trip, we check for evidence the operator runs its own vehicles (rather than being a further reseller), confirm they hold a USDOT number (FMCSA registration requirement for interstate passenger carriers; fmcsa.dot.gov registration pages, to be re-read and dated before publishing), and confirm their vehicle capacity actually fits your passenger count and luggage. This is a per-trip check, not a standing partner list; we do not claim an existing network of partner operators.
What we do not do
We do not own a fleet of buses, and we do not claim to. We do not maintain a public roster of partner operators, since our vetting happens per trip rather than through a standing network. We do not use automated phone-calling systems to negotiate with operators on your behalf; a person handles the arrangement.
Questions people ask about how we work
- Am I talking to the bus company directly? No, you are talking to us throughout; we arrange the trip with a local partner behind the scenes.
- What happens if the confirmed operator has a problem before my date? We work to arrange a replacement operator or notify you as early as possible if that is not possible.
- Do you check every operator the same way? Yes, the same three checks (own-vehicle evidence, DOT number, capacity fit) apply before we confirm any operator for any trip.
What we do not claim
We do not claim a fleet, drivers on staff, insurance coverage of our own on any vehicle, a network of partner operators, customer reviews, or an operating history. Vehicle images are illustrative. We are a new company that arranges each trip with a local partner.
