You need one bus or minibus with a driver for a group, and you want to see which of our services fits before you fill in a request. Every service on this page books the same way: you tell us the pickup, drop-off, date, passengers, and any stops, and we confirm the price before you pay.
What service fits my trip?
- One-way or round-trip transfer: a single pickup and drop-off, or the same trip in reverse later the same day.
- Airport transfer: a group pickup or drop-off at the airport, with flight details on file and a set meeting point.
- Wedding shuttle: one itinerary looping between hotel, ceremony, and reception, with waiting time built in.
- Corporate and event transportation: a group outing, conference, or one-time event with a start and end point.
- Day trip round trip: one vehicle for a same-day round trip with stops and waiting time along the way.

What we do not do
We book one vehicle with one driver per trip. We do not arrange multi-vehicle convoys, multi-day or interstate trips, school or field-trip contracts, recurring employee shuttle routes, or hourly-only charter buses. If your trip needs one of these, our comparison pages name providers whose model fits that scope.

Every service above uses the same pricing method: vehicle class, total operating hours (including waiting and empty travel), distance, tolls and parking, driver charges, and peak dates. Read the cost breakdown or use the trip hours and budget tool to see how the pieces add up for your trip.
Questions people ask before choosing a service
- What if my trip does not match any service above? Request it anyway with the closest service and describe the trip in the notes.
- Do you offer hourly-only charters? Not currently. See the FAQ for the full answer.
- Is the vehicle shown on this site the one I get? Vehicle photos on this site are illustrative examples of a class, not a specific vehicle we own.
