Choose the vehicle that fits the people, the route and the occasion. Count everyone who must ride at once. Send the same date, stops and service window to each seller. Then compare the offered vehicle's seats, luggage room, features, full cost and cancellation terms. A party bus can keep an adult group together for an evening with several stops. A limousine may suit a different group or trip style.
Use one trip brief for both options
Write the pickup, every stop, final drop-off and the time the last rider must leave. Give the largest simultaneous headcount, not the total number invited over the night. Add bags, mobility needs and any feature that would change your choice. If the trip ends after midnight, show the next-day end date. Now both sellers can price the same plan.

Check the safety and policy fit
When a bus operator is named, use the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's bus safety checklist, checked 2026-10-30. Ask a limousine seller which authority and insurance apply to its offered vehicle.
