Corporate and event transportation: one vehicle for your outing

One vehicle, one driver, one price for the group, confirmed with you before you pay.

Price shown before you commit, confirmed before you pay.

Trip type

Estimate. We confirm the vehicle, the operator’s minimum hours and the exact price with you before you pay.

You are moving a group for a corporate outing, a conference, a team event, or a game-day trip, and you want one vehicle and driver handling the whole thing instead of coordinating individual rides. This page covers how a corporate or event booking works with us.

What counts as a corporate or event trip?

Any one-time group movement with a clear start and end point: an office to a venue and back, a conference hotel to a convention center, a team outing, a game or concert trip. The inputs are the same regardless of the occasion: pickup, destination, timing, and whether the group needs to wait and return. If your event needs a multi-stop loop across the day (like a wedding), see wedding shuttle; if it is a longer day out with a single major stop, see day trip round trip.

What do I need to tell you to get a price?

  • Pickup address, destination address, and date
  • Departure time and the time you need to arrive
  • Whether it is one-way or round trip, and if round trip, the return time
  • Passenger count and any luggage or equipment (booth materials, sports gear, AV cases)
  • Whether the vehicle needs to wait at the venue, and for how long
  • Organizer contact and a day-of contact if different from the person booking

What we do not do

We book one vehicle with one driver per event. We do not arrange multi-vehicle fleets for a single event, recurring shuttle routes between an office and a venue on an ongoing schedule, or multi-day conference circuits. We do not offer hourly-only charters as a separate product; if your event genuinely only needs a bounded block of hours with no fixed stops, describe it in your request and we will confirm whether we can price it as an itinerary.

Questions people ask about corporate and event trips

  • Can you handle a recurring weekly shuttle for our office? Not currently. We book one-time and same-day round trips, not standing recurring routes. Our comparison pages name providers whose model fits recurring employee shuttles.
  • What if the venue has its own bus drop-off rules? Tell us the venue name when you request; where a venue has published rules for bus access, we confirm them before your trip.
  • Do you require a minimum passenger count? Vehicle class is matched to your passenger count and luggage; there is no fixed minimum, but very small groups may be better served by a smaller vehicle class than a full-size coach.
  • Can we add a stop for a group lunch on the way? Yes, list every stop when you request; each stop and its waiting time is part of the priced itinerary.

How the price works

One all-in number for the itinerary: vehicle class, billable hours including empty legs and waiting, distance, tolls, parking and airport fees, and driver gratuity where the operator requires it. Shown before you commit, confirmed before you pay. No range on this page is our price; the cost page explains the mechanics with sources and dates.

Why book this way

  • Your price online in minutes. No callback, no estimate visit, no waiting for someone to get back to you. Typically the quickest way to book this service.
  • One all-in price before any contact. Of the national charter platforms we read, only BusBank publishes price ranges; the instant-quote sites show a number only after you submit your trip details (read 2026-09-16 and 2026-09-17).
  • One point of contact from your request to the finished job. We work with a local partner and answer for the result.
  • You pay only after the price and your booking are confirmed.
