Divide the trip total by the number of people who will actually pay, not the number first invited. If guests cancel and the total stays the same, each remaining person's share rises. Use this worksheet to agree on a group budget and a cancellation rule before you collect money from friends.

Start with the trip, not the split

Fix the city, date, start time, hours, pickup, stops and final drop-off. Count the adults who are likely to ride and the adults who have agreed to pay. Those can be different numbers. GoBussin's party-bus request is for one local vehicle and an all-21-or-older group. It does not take prom or school party-bus requests.

Use the complete written total once you have it. Until then, use a planning budget and leave open tax, gratuity and parking charges visible. Keep a refundable deposit separate from the trip charge.

For hypothetical arithmetic, a $3,000 trip total shared by 30 paying adults is $100 each. If six people cancel and the total stays $3,000, the remaining 24 payers owe $125 each. This is a sample group budget, not a quoted fare. Decide in advance whether guests who cancel still pay their share.

What happens when the guest list changes?

Before an operator is confirmed, you can cancel a GoBussin request without a charge. After confirmation, the agreed operator terms and the GoBussin cancellation policy apply. Fewer riders may fit a smaller vehicle, but the provider must give you a new quote. Ask for the revised vehicle, hours, total and deposit treatment in writing before changing what guests owe.

Set a group rule before collecting money. Decide when each person commits, who covers a late cancellation, and how you will return any unused money. Keep one organizer responsible for the final headcount and any new quote.

Request a price before you collect

Start the party-bus request with your real city, date, hours and adult headcount. A modeled trip can show a planning estimate before the contact step; a request-only city or unsupported size needs human price review. A person then checks availability, the vehicle and a written total. The request does not reserve a bus or take payment. Share the final per-person amount after that written quote arrives.
