How to compare charter bus quotes fairly
Party bus by the hour, or a bus with a driver for a local trip, an airport run or an event, in ten US metros.
Price shown before you commit, confirmed before you pay.
Two charter bus quotes are comparable only when they cover the same vehicle, passenger count, itinerary, service window, date, and required fees. A lower headline price can become the higher total when it excludes empty travel, tolls, parking, gratuity, or overtime. Freeze one trip specification, put every answer into one worksheet, and keep unanswered charges visible.
Send the same job to every company
Include the date, pickup and release times, every address, waiting time, largest passenger count, luggage, accessibility needs, and one-way or same-day-return structure. Standard charter and party-bus quotes must stay in separate comparisons.

Use unknown instead of zero when a fee is not stated. Verify the carrier with how to check a charter bus company.
Driver-time check
FMCSA says a passenger-carrying driver may drive no more than 10 hours after eight consecutive hours off duty and may not drive after 15 hours on duty after that rest. The carrier must assess the actual driver record. Use the trip-hours tool to flag long service windows.
Decision rule
Choose only when the required total is known, the vehicle fits, the carrier check is complete, and cancellation terms fit your risk. This worksheet does not prove availability or replace the written contract.
