The Wagon Boise names its vehicles individually (Baddie Wagon, Space Wagon, Lil Wild Wagon, Wizard Wagon, The Bitty Wagon). Ask which vehicle the quote covers, when its clock starts, and whether added hours need approval. The Wagon Boise structures pricing as a block rather than a straight hourly minimum: each vehicle carries a 2-hour block price, then a per-hour rate after that, which functions like a 2-hour minimum. Its page states inclusions of "pro driver included," "premium sound," "LED lighting," "coolers & cups," and that buses are "BYOB friendly" for guests 21 and older. It also states a payment policy: "We require full payment upfront. If you cancel outside of two weeks before your event, you receive a full refund. If you cancel inside of two weeks, we will work with you to reschedule." Confirm any other Boise operator's minimum hours and cancellation terms the same way before paying anything.

Alcohol and age rules in Idaho

Idaho Code 23-505 (read 2026-09-17) bars possessing an open alcoholic-beverage container in a vehicle's passenger area, with an exception: "unless such person is a passenger in the passenger area of a motor vehicle designed, maintained, or used primarily for the transportation of persons for compensation." The working rule: passengers on a properly operated for-hire bus, including a party bus, are exempt, consistent with The Wagon Boise's own "BYOB friendly" note for guests 21 and older. The Wagon Boise's own policy requires full payment upfront with a refund only outside a two-week window, which is worth comparing across operators.
