Choose a standard charter bus or minibus when the main task is to move relatives to the venue on one schedule. It supports a mixed-age group. It is the correct flow for a family reunion day with regular seating, supplies, and a defined return.
Choose a party bus only for a separate adult celebration where the onboard experience is part of the event and every passenger is 21 or older. The party-bus flow uses an hourly block and has separate age, alcohol, deposit, cleaning, damage, and cancellation rules. Do not use it for a mixed-age reunion group.
