Wedding shuttle planner for one bus

What these trips cost and how the number is built. Nothing is averaged from data we do not have.

Trip type

Estimate. We confirm the vehicle, the operator’s minimum hours and the exact price with you before you pay.

A one-bus wedding shuttle works when each passenger wave can board, travel, unload, and return before the next wave must leave. Start with the ceremony seating time and work backward. Include loading, traffic, venue access, and the empty return. If two groups must move at the same time, one vehicle cannot fulfill the plan and the trip is outside GoBussin’s launch scope.

One-loop formula

Loop time = boarding + drive to venue + unloading + empty return + staging buffer.

Input Planned value
Largest passenger wave
Confirmed vehicle capacity
Boarding time
Drive time and traffic buffer
Unloading time
Empty return
Venue staging rule
Ceremony seating deadline
Early return and final return

One-vehicle test

Question If no
Does the largest wave fit the confirmed vehicle? The plan is outside one-vehicle scope.
Can each loop return before the next departure? Change the schedule or service.
Has the venue confirmed bus access? Hold the plan.
Does the carrier approve the full driver schedule? Adjust or decline the trip.
Is one coordinator responsible? Assign one before booking.

FMCSA states that passenger drivers may drive no more than 10 hours after eight consecutive hours off duty and may not drive after 15 hours on duty after that rest. The carrier determines compliance.

Ask the venue for the bus entrance, maximum vehicle size, loading limit, staging area, parking pass, final pickup restriction, and day-of contact. This tool does not reserve a bus, calculate live traffic, or guarantee access.

Continue with wedding shuttle service, trip hours, bus size, Atlanta, or Dallas.
