Build a Dallas wedding shuttle around one main hotel, one confirmed vehicle, and the largest passenger wave. Confirm the venue’s bus drop-off and parking instructions before setting departure times. For the Dallas Arboretum, the official group page directs bus drop-off to Entry 1 and says bus parking is available as space allows. Parking must therefore be confirmed, not assumed.

The Arboretum lists Entry 1 at 8525 Garland Road, Dallas, TX 75218. Its general parking guidance says to use designated areas and avoid adjacent residential streets. For a private event, ask whether the normal group entrance, a private-event entrance, or valet plan controls.
